This is mainly true, however Mac controller drivers map the JoyHAT as 4 different buttons it seems, which makes it so you cant map B X and Y properly.

I am sorry about this, do know that it is fixed in our new engine for game 2.

Joy2Key esque programs may remedy this issue, but it has not been tested by me.

The Mac OS X 8.1 has a driver built in and recognizes the Controller, but no luck with SMB.;-( Yeah I just bought the Basement Collection and I love Edmunds illustrative style, too.

You will thank me, and your thumbs will thank me.;) Doesnt work perfectly for other games, so you will have to use software for remapping sometimes.
